When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement where the goods are faulty.
We hope you are happy with your products. In addition to your legal rights, if you are not completely satisfied or change your mind on a purchase we will be happy to exchange or provide you with a credit note, as long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase and you provide proof of receipt or payment.
*Please Note – Made to order furniture by 366 Concept and HKliving is non returnable unless there is a fault, or your furniture has been damaged at time of delivery. Please ensure when purchasing these items you accept the colour, fabric and that no changes can be made once furniture has been ordered.
Faulty goods purchased in store or online will always be refunded.
Any purchases online please email loveallthingsquirky@gmail.com with photos and a brief description of your faulty product. We will respond within 48 hours.

Once we have received your faulty product, in its original packaging, it will be checked and we will be happy to refund you. The amount is transferred back to the same method of payment you used for purchase. Please note we will only refund you postage if the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
You must contact us in reasonable time after you have discovered your item is faulty, and within 1 months after the fault was discovered.
